Rain in the OC

This is freakin ridiculous. It's been raining for a week straight. This is LA, it's not suppose to rain! I expect a city without a cloud in the sky, and what I get is nothing but rain at least twice a week. To the average mid-westerner this may sound stupid, but allow me to elaborate.

Buildings in this city were designed to stand the force of a 6.0 on the Richter Scale. Buildings in this city were NOT designed to be waterproof. Some buildings are over 100 years old and (including the one I live in) leak like a sinking ship. What is there left to do when you live in a leaking, flooding, sinking house? Get some alcohol and invite some sorostitutes over.

Not that this makes up for the crappy weather, but there is a pretty bitchin' deal at Subway, the "rainy day special", where they offer a footlong for the price of a six inch (no homo). By now, all the mexicans that work there know me on a first name basis.

The one thing that makes rain in the OC tolerable is that the girls dress just as slutty as when it is 90 degrees, God love 'em. Even if it rains every day while I am in LA, between waking up sometime in the afternoon, all the hot females, and all the alcohol I'd say I'm in a pretty good place. Jeez, it's like I'm in college again, except I get paid for it.

Well, I'm Stupid

I have been totally lazy for about a week. Writer's block has set in, and I have no idea what to post. Any suggestions? Post them in comments, and I'll do my best. I hope you all enjoyed the last update as much as flyno did.

One thing that I have been wondering about, is how the fuck did Will Smith's movie Hitch make over $45 million the opening weekend? Will Smith as a homosexual relationship consultant? Jesus, kill me.

Hot Sluts

Just because. Click on the pictures to be linked to a larger image.

Victoria Silvstedt is just plain hot, especially in lingere.

Pamela Anderson looking especially slutty. She's such a whore.

Jamie Pressly looking kind of skinny, but she's still incredibly hot.

Denise Richards. She's so hot right now. Denise Richards.

I don't know what it is about a hot asian female sucking on a cigar, it's just hot.

I'm going to be away for a while, so no updates until next week sometime. Word.

In-N-Out Burger: Reviewed

You've only heard about it in "The Big Lebowski", and probably thought is was some lame made-up burger joint. Well, my bitches, it is very real, and it is very addictive. First, a little background.

In-N-Out was established in 1948 in Baldwin Park, California as the state's first drive-thru hamburger stand. The company stands for superior quality and freshness of their food products. Since it's founding, very little has changed. There are no microwaves or freezers in the restaurants. Everything is made fresh to order. The fries are made from real potatoes, shakes made from real ice cream, and burgers from real cows.

That being said, the food is just as greasy and unhealthy as any other fast food chain. I would compare the burgers to McDonalds', except not cooked in a drawer, and the meat isn't fake. The cheese they use is runny and gooey and delicious. The fries are comparable to those from Steak-N-Shake, only they cost a lot less and aren't full of preservatives and chemicals.

Other than that, there's really nothing else on the menu. And that's not a bad thing, because it's what they do best and have been doing for over 50 years. If you want a burger and fries, this is the place to go. If you want a salad, low-carb quasidilla, or some other speciality fad in fast food, save your money and get a personal trainer, fatso.

Upcoming Movies

Corpse Bride (Tim Burton) - Halloween 2005 - Tim Burton returns to clay-mation, just as in "Nightmare Before Christmas", with a familiar voice as the main character. Who else, but Johnny Depp. I liked Nightmare, so this one should be good as well. Here's the trailer. Burton and Depp have another movie coming out later this year, based on the classic children's book, "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" (set for release July 15th, 3005), in which Johnny plays the role of Willy Wonka. I believe that this will be decent, as well, seeing as Tim Burton has yet to make a Horri-Bill worthy movie (unless you count Mars Attacks!), and same goes for Johnny Depp. Here's the trailer for CATCF.

Star Wars Episode III (George Lucas) - May 19th, 2005 - The epic saga concludes... or continues... The epic saga bridges the gap from the original trilogy to the second one. Star Wars geeks all over the world will cream in their pants, not matter how good or bad it is. Average movie-goers like myself should walk away satisfied. George Lucas is rumored to not care what kind of parental rating the movie gets. He just wants to tell the ultimate nerd story, and will kill as many aliens as it takes. Trailer.

Son of the Mask (Lawrence Guterman) - Feb. 18th, 2005 - What could be worse than the worst Jim Carrey movie ever? A sequel eleven years later. Starring Jamie Kennedy, known mostly for his roles in the "Scream" movies as the video store guy that gives the rules of horror movies. Jamie plays the dad whose infant son finds the Mask of Loki, the very one Jim Carrey found in the original Mask. Possible HB nominee? Trailer.

Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous (John Pasquin) - March 25, 2005 - crap crap crap crap crap crap crap crap crap crap crap crap crap crap crap crap Sandra Bullock not doing pROn blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. Trailer.

Fantastic 4 (Tim Story) - July 1st, 2005 - Five astronauts are in some kind of accident in space. "One will be bad... four will be... fantastic." Classic Marvel comic book movie. I think Marvel learned their lesson with Daredevil and Hulk, and to a lesser extent Elektra and Punisher, but who knows. Trailer.

Tenacious D: The Pick of Destiny (Liam Lynch) - possible release date April 1st, 2005 - Any D or Jack Black fan will love this movie, no doubt. No trailer available. Also, Jack Black is breaking into the mainstream with Peter Jackson's King Kong, where Black will play the lead male role. Few details are available, other than the tentative release date of December 14th, 2005. No trailer available.

Batman Begins (Christopher Nolan) - June 17, 2005 - From the director that made "Memento", you get possibly the greatest comic book movie since the original "Batman". This is not the Batman you see in the comics, bringing bad guys to justice so they can stand trial for their crimes. This Batman isn't concerned with the law,all he wants is revenge for his murdered parents. This movie looks like it follows the evolution of Bruce Wayne on his way to becoming Batman, and his introduction into a crime-fighting vigilante. Teaser and trailer.

The Devil's Rejects (Rob Zombie) - August 12th, 2005 - Finally, a sequel to the smash hit "House of 1000 Corpses". Rob Zombie, stick to music and stay away from Hollywood. Please, no one go see this movie. If you do, you're just encouraging Zombie to keep making bad horror movies. Well, just about every horror movie is bad, but this one is guaranteed to stand out from the rest as especially shitty. Trailer.
